Our Sparkling Wines
Crémant de Loire : This regional appellation applies to sparkling wines, mainly white, sometimes rosé, produced using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle and a minimum 12-month maturation period on lees.
The grape varieties used in this appellation are numerous: chenin, chardonnay, cabernet franc, cabernet-sauvignon, pinot noir, etc. The white wine has a brilliant color. On tasting, subtle aromas of white fleurs and yellow fruit exalt. For rosés, the robe is pale pink with bright raspberry-colored reflets, with subtle aromas of red fruits and a pineapple finish.
Saumur : A fine bubbly wine made using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle and a minimum 9-month maturation period on the lees. This wine has a beautiful crystalline, clear color with straw-yellow reflets and subtle aromas of white fruit, lemon balm, hazelnut, almond and sometimes a touch of vanilla.
Vouvray : Fine-bubble wine made using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in bottle and a minimum 9-month maturation period on lees. This Loire wine has a beautiful crystalline color with deep yellow reflets and aromas of hazelnut and brioche. It’s a fin, raffiné and discreet wine.
Touraine : A fine bubbly wine produced using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle and a minimum 9-month maturation period on the lees. This wine has a beautiful, crystal-clear, straw-yellow color, with delicate aromas of brioche, green apple and honey. A fine, refined and discreet wine.
